Add German translation #66

Hello,

I noticed that my emoji picker of choice doesn't have a German translation yet, so I took the liberty 🙂

I also noticed that certain strings are not being translated, e.g. some of the keyboard shortcuts and the message in a toast inside the picker itself.

I have amended the corresponding places in the code and in the POT file. If you'd rather I submit a separate PR for these let me know!
