Add support for Raspberry Pi Pico #411

Adds Vendor support for Raspberry Pi and Product support for the Raspberry Pi Pico board.

here various PIDs are mentioned. Are you sure that '5' is the right and only one?

Hi, great point. This is actually only for Micropython on the Pico, I can update the PR to reflect that. I haven't tested any of the other vendor products so I wouldn't necessarily want to include them. Micropython is probably the most common Product for the Pico since its officially supported by Raspberry Pi.

I guess PID=0x000a should be added to, as it mentioned for Pico SDK and e.g. used here. If you can't check, I will get a device and test it.
