CSP 2.0 ENG version? (question) #19

I remember the English versions of CSP cannot use plugins. Can this work with the new 2.0 English version? Or is it still locked behind the Japanese version?

CLIP STUDIO PAINT does not support plugins in other than Japanese version officially. However, if the plugins that is distributed free of charge and the plugin does not request status of license to CELSYS license server, it can be used by directly downloading and installing it.

NekoDraw is developed as an Open Source Software, and I (and we) do not charge separately or ask CELSYS for the license status of the plugin. Therfore, NekoDraw can be used in languages other than Japanese such as English.

However, please not that I do not have an English environment as the moment, so it will be a community-based support.
