Added Nunit3TestAdapter Removed extra publish test results task.

There are a couple of failing unit tests which I am not sure how to address

Hi @chrisrpatterson I have merged but in the build there are still no tests showing...

Here's one I ran manually but nothing in tests tab, and the summary says: No test result files matching **/TEST-*.xml were found.

@chrisrpatterson Ah I don't think I merged your changes properly - seems I merged in the wrong order... will try sort it out...
