Can't scroll down after having selected a filter #16

To reproduce:

  1. Make sure your client has lots of torrents, so scrolling is a possibility
  2. Select a filter that results in less torrents. Now scrolling shouldn't be possible (and it isn't)
  3. Remove the filter. Scrolling should now be enabled again, but it isn't.

This was fixed in a previous commit
