New small widget to add tweet (add URL) #167

Refactored to use WidgetBundle. Added BrainMarksAddURL widget that deep links to showAddURLView in CategoryList.

Closes issue #142

What it Does

As described in the issue and very similar to the existing small widget, this essentially creates a shortcut to the AddURLView.

How I Tested

Run app in simulator.
Long press on home screen to launch widget gallery.
Add new widget.
Tap widget.
Observe with relief that expected view launches.

Notes

Further widgets can easily be added to the new WidgetBundle.
