New Log File - AppWorkload.log #2

Microsoft has recently updated the log file used by the IME process: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/whats-new#improvements-to-intune-management-extension-logs

The new log file being used is: AppWorkload.log

Using the tool today I got no results showing when pointing to the IME filder.

The tool is now updated to adapt the appworkload.log.

Please use update.exe to cold update the program and try again~
