Remember file visible state #19

The pane should remember the visibility state of each file, at least for the current project.

I agree, however, would be useful one option to automatically show the panel if that file has TODO tags. It would be even better that the panel would hide again after a few seconds (unless the visibility state was ON). This could act as a reminder of things you have TODO ;)
