Have nested child notes, todo, etc. like an outline or index #22

I love this extension and am using it to jump through my code very easily.

It'd be super cool if I could create notes that make the list at the bottom do something like:

I've been thinking about this for a couple of days but I can't see how this would be implemented. I would like to keep it simple for now.

That was actually my suggestion for solving it with current version. =)
