Styling in Edge Code #4

Styling of the results table don't look as nice in Edge Code as in Brackets. Consistent vertical alignment for all table cells might solve the problem.

Commits 5506868a8317ba3e017cff7eb7b7fd62d7bca903 and fe7b3bdecd332fb97f43acfafd34e5e5f5ac22cc resolves this for now. Might revisit when new version of Edge Code is released as current version is quite old.
