For CCU API Use standard WDSL instead of axis WDSL #1

The axis WSDL was not working for me when trying to send purge requests to the CCU. I was getting a 301 Login error everytime. Switching the manifest to use the normal WSDL worked.

I cannot do an automatic merge but I reapplied your requests, setting also the gem to use the local manifest (you hadn't changed the document path in the model). Thank you again, and sorry again
