Use fast purge #28

WIP because it is not backward compatible with the old version but I am willing to collaborate on this

Coverage decreased (-0.1%) to 99.9% when pulling 8661dd7a9524583a3a0f68c3f6dd211afb5d9ad7 on AppLovin:feat/fast_purge into dbc8416f22dd7a59ca93468e53e0b09f668e82b5 on mikamai:master.

@jeunito I updated the .travis.yml file so that travis can now run again the tests. Could you fix all the specs that are failing after the PR? https://travis-ci.org/mikamai/akamai_api/builds/199530715
