Add intro to different dictionaries

When a new learner starts going monolingual, it's difficult to know which dictionaries to use. Choosing the correct dictionaries based on their strengths can make going monolingual a better experience.

List their

• names (maybe even translations of the names?)
• strengths, e.g. good example sentences, short definitions, based on synonyms, occasional English fallbacks, includes pitch accent
• weaknesses, e.g. typically verbose definitions, sometimes custom unexportable kanji
