Just add option "Middle relative to edge". I just wanted the contrary of Middle relative to spine

Merged your addition into a new branch: https://github.com/mike-edel/ID-MultiPageImporter/tree/middle_relative_edge I had to copy/paste it over as GitHub wasn't detecting the code changes between your upload and the original. This way we just have the incremental change. Please feel free to test and let me know if everything works as expected.
