Show input method icons in the setup tool if an icon is available #213

Current look of the setup tool when selecting input methods. No icons of input methods are shown:

New look of the setup tool when selecting input methods, if an input has an icon, it is shown.

If an input method has no icon, a replacement icon is shown.
