iCloud Drive support #29

Tricky. The iCloud Drive API is very unfriendly to the app's model - it syncs on it's own when it feels like it, and it requires some nasty trickery to stream a file. If we stick to the API as it's intended to be used we have no covers and no streaming.

Plus, iCloud Drive's opacity and inscrutability has been the cause of much user pain in Chunky OG and I'm not anxious to add something with such unpredictable behaviour.

Maybe one to leave for later.

I'm also using Booklover and getting covers from iCloud does work great there. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/booklover-comic-ebook-reader/id949207089?mt=8

Maybe with iCloud get the covers and don't support streaming but only downloading
