Each comic stores preferred reading direction, initially unknown.
When you set the reading-direction in the reader, it's stored in the current comic.
If you open a comic with unknown reading direction, we look in the comic's folder(s) for others with a known reading direction
If they all agree, we use it
If they disagree or there are no such comics, we leave the reading direction at whatever the last setting was
Issues:
OPDS servers can group disparate comics in smart folders (eg. 'Recently added') in which case a comic's folder siblings may be unrelated. However, once this happens once and the user fixes the reading-direction, the folder will contain two comics with disagreeing directions and it will no longer be used to predict the direction.
