Auto syncing

Folders should be configurable to auto-sync, with a couple of options:

• Cellular+wifi / wifi-only
• Manually / Max once per day / max once per hour / on launch

Issues: When auto syncing, comics may disappear from the user's library (including the currently reading comic) without warning or user-action.
