Hello @markaltmann - this is the backport of the OWASP area version 1.3 of Threat Dragon. This is just trying to keep Mike's github area up to date, but it is not strictly necessary.

Threat Dragon has been migrated to the OWASP github area, with version 1.3.1 now released: https://github.com/OWASP/threat-dragon/releases/tag/v1.3.1

@mike-goodwin is still the leader of Threat Dragon, but the development is now happening in the OWASP area
