How do use haaska after install? #208

I followed the guide and built haaska, lambda ant everything. Tests work and it can see all the devices in the test. However, how the heck do you get them in Alexa? I found the skill under Dev in my Alexa app and added it, discovered, nothing. The guide does not cover whats next after adding the code/lambda. What am I missing?

Looks like I have this issue, https://github.com/mike-grant/haaska/issues/205. Removed Denon Receiver and it worked.
