Automatically assign users instead of inviting #60

When an invitation is created on a project, if a user with the invited email already exists and is not assigned to the project, she should be assigned with the invited role.

This actually might not be necessary... it may be good to add that manual step, especially when invited by another applicant. Closing for now.
