paths wrong in published html file

Publishing an html file, I get paths of ../../js/o3djs/base.js and similar.  
The html file won't load, and manually remove one of the "../" from the paths 
fixes the file so that it loads.

It appears the paths in html file publishing need to be corrected.

The publish needs to use the minified versions of o3d and hemi. We will make 
that change.
