Add Base URL option #29

This is just a string that gets appended to any relative URLs, for reverse proxy support.

See: sonarr, radarr.

I'm not sure what you're asking for. What URLs, where? Which config setting is this for?

baseURL is a string that gets pretended on any asset links in the status page, so you can put it behind a virtual directory in a reverse proxy. Like http://mydomain.com/downspout
