'StartUp_OLED' was not declared in this scope #1

Compiling Wifi_Scan i got the following error:

exit status 1 'StartUp_OLED' was not declared in this scope

As i understand, 'StartUp_OLED' is declared in the also loaded 'OLED_MOD'
