Selecting portals affects hcf planner even when it's closed.

Description

The portal selection method is done by just clicking on portals. This is also true even if the hcf planner dialog is not opened.

reproduction instruction

• Open hcf planner
• select only one portal
• close the dialog
• select two more portals
• open hcf
• click on "Find Fielding Plan"
  • the plan is generated using the three portals
• close hcf
• select another portal
• open hcf
• click on "Find Fielding Plan"
  • the portal list changed
  • plans can be generated

how it should be

• the planning portals should not change when the dialog is closed
• the selected portals are actually cached by the plugin, so they should be displayed after re-opening the dialog (*)
