README OATH screenshot needs refresh #150

Looks like the consumer App OATH settings needed have changed names since the README screenshot was created. Looks like new one are:

Access the identity URL service (id, profile, email, address, phone) Manage user data via APIs (api) Perform requests at any time (refresh_token, offline_access)
