Remove mention of defunct alternatives #31

It's good of you to mention alternatives, but neither of them works now, so it doesn't actually help users; perhaps you can remove the mentions from README.md?

I refer to this sentence:

If you don't like this plugin, I recommend trying out microblog-purple or pidgin-twitter (I am not affiliated with either)
