The push.yml file no longer exists in the project, updating it to use mikeals-workflow.yml

I think we may want to have a simpler sample workflow somewhere because my defaults have gotten pretty complicated, and I’m about to push an even more complicated version soon.

You could link that as an advanced use case (if is more complex because of this action).
