Please cut an NPM release #37

Hi, Mikeal.

I'm working on a Kanso branch to make it Catholic, i.e. installable via npm and only depending packages in NPM. Currently they have a Git submodule of node.couchapp.js, with bugfixes committed after the latest NPM publish.

Would you mind publishing a new release so Kanso can use the code it expects but I can pull it from the NPM registry? I went ahead and bumped the version for you.

are the bugs already fixed and merged or do you have another pull request with the fixes?

No, Kanso is just using the current master branch as a submodule. So it just needs that in the NPM registry instead, so I can get rid of the submodule. Thanks!

Is it possible to get an updated version in npm?

this PR can be closed. the newest couchapp is on npm.
