Local hardware store?

For the NodeBots workshop we're going to build a high-five machine. We've got the electronics but need a big piece of plywood, some 2x4s (or other sturdy stand material), a can of spray paint and 20 minutes with a jigsaw - all things that are hard to bring on an aeroplane.

Does anyone know where to get these things locally?

Also, we were hoping to be able to play some videos when people high-five it - will there be a projector and some speakers available during the workshop?

I can take you to Home Depot in the cargo van on July 2nd and buy anything you need.

sorry, should have been more specific, if you can get on BART earlier I can grab you at the station :) it would actually take longer to drive in to the city in order to pick you up.

if you can make it to MacArthur station I can pick you up and head right to the hardware store. if it's getting too late by the time you guys mobilize I can just meet you at NPM Inc for lunch and we can do this after.
