also just reorganize the whole analyze vignette to be about the traits. You can have an "for advanced users" section at the end that notes that many of the functions are more flexible and so could be used for alternate analyses of interest, but honestly most people are just going to be looking for "how do I calculate doubling time/carrying capacity/lag time/etc" as fast as possible
