discussion of how to integrate their uses into gcplyr-based workflow. E.g. using gcplyr to prep data.frames for growthcurver, or other R packages

This is a new version of #58, which a simple solution to was integrated in v0.11 but more details could be added in the future (but no longer high priority, since the basic discussion added for v0.11 is sufficient for now)
