simplify read_blocks and read_wides sections by consolidating the "simple example" and "specifying location" sections together #70

Realistically, most people will have to specify location, and it's not too overloading to explain that in the first pass and just mention that if your data starts first row/first col you can just leave out the rownum colnum info. This makes the whole vignette much more concise
