Please do not merge, tests in progress

[X] Change all relevant code
[x] Create a new virtual environment for MiSolvencia
[x] Pip install all libraries except git+https://github.com/shuttle99ou/Flask-Images.git from the requirements.txt file
[ ] Install flask_images package from local directory
[ ] Change import in MiSolvenciaApp/__init__.py
[ ] Run the project
