Main Time Widget does not retain time step #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On the Main Time Widget (below the rendering window), set the Step Time 
by  hitting "Set" button; change time step to say 5 minutes (or anything); 
hit "OK"
2. Now using the up or down arrow next to the Step Time advances the main 
time as it should according to the Step Time
3. Now hit "Running Jobs" tab and then back to "Scene Time" tab. Step Time 
is no longer set to 5 minutes.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Step Time should be maintained.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
