Unable to install on fresh Laravel 8 #1

This is my machine version.

PHP => 7.4.12 Laravel Framework => 8.24.0 zacksmash/fortify-ui => v1.3.9

Running composer require mikeburrelljr/fortify-bulma returns below error

Could not find a matching version of package mikeburrelljr/fortify-bulma. Check the package spelling, your version constraint and that the package is available in a stability which matches your minimum-stability (dev).

yes the same for me
