To Launch Instance:

  1. Login to AWS
  2. Navigate to EC2
  3. From the EC2 Dashboard, select "Instances" > "Running Instances"
  4. Highlight the instance (i-30f3c410)
  5. From the Actions menu, select "Start"
  6. Wait for the instance to initialize and run status checks
  7. RDP to the Public DNS or Public IP:

User: administrator Pass: aA5jRZ-qHuu

Both Windows firewall and EC2 security group now allowing port 80/443. Application is externally available via http://ec2-54-213-83-67.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com ec2-54-84-139-206.compute-1.amazonaws.com or http://www.anotherglass.net

This is a dynamically assigned DNS and will change the next time the instance is launched.

For some reason, AWS auto-defaults the region to its west coast data centers when walking through the wizard, but I'm going changing everything over to east coast now.

Micro-instance is now running in US East (N. Virginia). 1st comment in this thread has been updated and all credentials are accurate.
