Need to allow the user to upload an avatar to the site and change their avatar source to "Uploaded Image"

(see Issue #15 for a screen shot of intended functionality)

Image should be 220x220 -- I wonder if we need to pre-process it to:

• validate it's an image
• scale it down if necessary
