Must have ability to:

1) delete rants 2) view active sessions 3) view active cookies 4) purge cookie map 5) --view cookie flush timer delay/interval--

For security purposes, this could potentially run as a separate web app from quickrant. It can be run from the same host machine, but just run on a port thats firewalled.
