Force MASE update to start using version fixed URLs now. #160

@mikecole - would it be OK to merge this? It would be great to get it resolved now so that I can get my org to update our version to 1.22.1. These changes were generated by running $au_Force = $true; .\update.ps1 - nothing manual. Thanks!
