The 'differential' view excludes the "Recent Activity" panel, making for a less cluttered view.

This PR is definitely a matter of preference, so feel free to discard :).

Also I got node related errors when running yarn test, was hoping there would be CI to run tests but looks like there isn't. I think this is unlikely to affect tests anyway, but proceed with caution.
