Open in Default Application #2

The ability to double click each displayed image in order to open it in it's default application would be advantageous.

I will add Xojo.Core.Rect class to the PictureClass to allow us to easy detect which image we are over.

I am uncertain how this wil work in Windows but I don't have a VM readily available for testing. @devtimi could you test on Windows?

Confirmed that double click to launch works on Windows
