Hi

Do you know if this script will work with lastest version of Service Now ?

As I am going to use it, how can I help you to improve it ?

Hello, I've actually made substantial improvements to this script but it lives in a private repository for work. As far as I remember this script was more or less a proof of concept but I never actually wired it up completely.

Depending on what you're Shinken environment looks like it may be easier to just use REST messages to accomplish this same type of functionality. I ended up making a fully fledged web app that utilizes Tornado and its ability to make asynchronous HTTP requests to ServiceNow. I wish I could share the full product, but unfortunately it is now property of the company I work for.
