Ancestors in threads might need to be found with just an "#e" (although gossip specifies feed-related kinds, other clients don't specify kind)
Global feed may just want kind and a time range or limit, with any author and any tag.
I'm not sure if we will support either of these.
Maybe we can compute the time range, and like limit, if small enough we can allow scraping.
