A means of scanning through events that are not authorized-authored, and approving them. Once approved, then they become available to the public. This is useful so people can see (for example) reactions to your posts, zaps to your posts, replies to your posts, etc.
Some of this we can automate, if they fit a simple pattern we know they are not spammy and can allow them right away.
Because we added the open_relay feature, this feature will be more in demand.
