Parser #1

Finish the RFC 5322 parser on the 'dev' branch, with tests for each parse function.

Finished the main thrust, but I believe there are more restrictions in the text of RFC5322 (outside of the ABNF) which are not yet coded.

Giving a deeper read (up to section (EDIT:) 3.2.2 ...)

Parser is complete except for folding issue #3. One more read of the RFC is still a good idea.
