Content moderation and curation

This is a top-level issue tracking all the mechanisms that we have or might wish to have in order to empower users to moderate their own content.

[x] Lists - curate the people who can put notes into your feed. Switch between lists
[x] Mute - mute people you do not want to hear from again
[x] Dismiss - dismiss a thread you don't want to see anymore
[ ] Persisted Dismiss - save this dismissal information so it doesn't get erased at restart, and provide a way to see a dismissed thread so you can undismiss it (or a global undismiss)
[x] Content warnings - show content warnings and require a click to see the post; Provide content warnings on content you post.
[ ] Automatic muting via content warning - if content warnings move to a known ontology, we can do this.
[x] Spam filtering - provide a method to filter spam via a script
[ ] Labeling - provide a way to subscribe to a set of moderators (maybe even automatic scoring of labels from friends and friends-of-friends), and to trust their labels, and rules as to which labels you wish to do something about. See NIP-32 and NIP-56 (and maybe NIP-72). It is CRITICAL that people can moderate the moderation itself to help prevent moderation abuse.
[ ] Subscribe to someone else's mute list (or score via other people's mute lists and mute anything with a high enough score)
[ ] Real deletion - sometimes people might receive CSAM and need to get that shit deleted to avoid liability.
[ ] Expiration timestamp - support for disappearing notes - Support for adding this to your notes AND make certain we do not send it to any relay that doesn't advertise support in their NIP-11 for this.
