Update the color of the sidebar handle #837

The handle the permits the resizing of the sidebar has a too contrasting color. We should use a slightly lighter (for the dark theme) and darker (for the light theme) color.

@bu5hm4nn did you already talk about this, right? It's something related to the egui internals?
