Publish new version with `syntex` fix #10

Is it possible to publish a new version to crates.io with the fix made recently for syntex? I'm currently unable to package a crate using this as a dependency; I tried out using the latest version from Github and it works fine, so I think pushing a new release as-is should fix the issue I'm having.
