[Enhancement] Camera Preview during configurtion #44

Hi,

I created a PR #43 that shows the camera-stream during the configuration.

The PR also includes (more important for me) a helper function to read the cam-profiles from my PrintJobHistory-Plugin This PR includes the PRs #22 and #41

Please take a look on it.
